Only first-time purchases are eligible for a refund. This includes:

  • One-time payment plans

Not eligible: Renewals, upgrades, and add-on purchases are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are not available for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

  • Misuse of our AI tools or services
  • Sharing account credentials
  • Attempting to circumvent usage limits
  • Engaging in prohibited activities

How to Request a Refund
