- One-time payment plans
Not eligible: Renewals, upgrades, and add-on purchases are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are not available for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
- Misuse of our AI tools or services
- Sharing account credentials
- Attempting to circumvent usage limits
- Engaging in prohibited activities
How to Request a Refund

A refund returns money for a previous purchase and typically involves immediate loss of access to paid features.
